is a private communitie just outside of downtown Petoskey
 There are more than 400  Victorian cottages today, most of which were built in the first
 25 years of  the plotting this communitie, and 24  public buildings.
Bay View is still, as the Grand Rapids and Indiana Railroad,
 in 1862, said in its Resorts  of Northern Michigan, "Simply a collection of grand, good people of all  creeds
